I think another thing about the reflective teacher as a, as an app, as a series of processes is it creates a culture within your school uh where everybody is, is I, I know it’s tried and it’s a cliche but moving in the same direction, you’ve got this one process, this one aim of how you’re going to reflect on practice and on your teaching and learning and how, how it’s developing your school. And then everybody is using the same mechanism in which they can pull that together, reflect on it, talk about it and it then does become a school culture thing.
